Each and every patients have separate bed facility, and their food
 
Patients at dinnerThe work of administration at the Dharmasala chiefly involves admitting the poor cancer patients and their essential attendant as inmates, feeding them free of cost with two times milk supply, one breakfast and two full vegetarian meals every day and above all, providing the much needed psychological solace to the unfortunate cancer victims. The work also includes daily house keeping and general maintenance of the building and its premises.

In the last 58 months, as per admission slips issued by the Cancer Institute, more than 57000 poor patients and their attendants have benefited by their comfortable stay in the Dharmasala for many days/weeks. They are mostly women and children belonging to all communities, religions and many States. This service is two-fold in reality; the poor patient is given shelter and a hungry stomach is fed with hygienically prepared food, free of cost, to their full satisfaction. We furnish in the following pages the statement of satisfaction and appreciation from the cancer Institute; Opinion from the visiting donors and also the heartfelt sentiments and grateful acknowledgements from the cancer patients and their attendants – all about the services being rendered by our Trust in helping the Cancer victims to enable them avail treatment for this dreadful disease at the famous Cancer Institute, Chennai.

We offer mental solace to the patients in the form of Prayer Sessions every evening before Dinner in which all the patients and attenders enthusiastically participate.

We also have one to one counselling for all the patients which helps them to overcome their pains and anguish with less difficulty and more confidence.
By constributing Rs.50,000/- to our Corpus Fund, you may become a Patron to this cause; you may celebrate your Birthday / Marriage Day / any day of remembrance by donating Rs.5000/- towards the cost of food for all the inmates of the Dharmasala for one full day;
