The Author of the Trust Sri V. Krishnamoorthy had obtained the blessing of His Holiness Poojyasri Sankaracharya Swamigal of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam for the creation of the Trust and for the objects and purposes set out in the Deed of Declaration of Trust.

This Trust is managed by Men of integrity and they hail from different walks of life.

The Author and the Managing Trustee V.Krishnamoorthy is a retired employee of Messers. Indianoil Corporation Ltd, Chennai. He is the Proprietor of a Marriage Hall at Tambaram and is also the "Dharmakartha" of a Sastha Temple for more than three decades.

There are five more Trustees; they are

Mr.T.N.V.Ayyar, a Chartered Accountant, is a Financial Consultant based in Mumbai. Mr.Ayyar has over nineteen years post qualification experience, including five years overseas in World Bank assisted projects in more than twelve countries. Presently involved as an Advisor and Board member with domestic and international Corporates in . India in the field of Energy, Aviation, Media, Entertainment, Information Technology, Manufacturing Industry and Financial Services sector.

Mr.S.Sundresan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has served as Director Finance in the Board of  several Public Sector Undertakings Viz ET&T, Hudco, NTNL and Prasar Bharati. He has specialized in finance and had made significant contribution to the growth of the companies while serving as Director. He is connected with various social organizations in Delhi and Chennai. 

Mr.N.Ganesan is a retired Officer from Indian Overseas Bank, Chennai.

Mr.R.Natarajan is a practicing Advocate in the High Court of Madras.

Mr.V.Rajaram is in Government Service with several social activities to his credit.

In addition to the Trustees, the successful day-to-day administration of this Dharmasala is mainly on account of the sincere and dedicated association of a team of Co.ordinators and Counsellors headed by Sri. M.R.Subramanian (also known as Sri Kamakshi Mani) and ably supported by Ln.N.Shanckaram and his life partner Smt.S.Rama.

In the Dharmasala, there is a round - the - Clock Kitchen with a veteran chief Chef in Sri. Kanthaswami Iyer preparing tasty & hygienic food and also stipulated diets to specific patients. Taking care of the stay - comforts of the Cancer patients in our Dharmasala is the main responsibility of our staff Mr.A.American and he attends to the same with sincerity.

House keeping of the Dharmasala premises and security to regulate entry and exit of patients and their attendants are entrusted to a professional Organization on payment.
